THE AIM OF TRAINING:
- Enable participants to thoroughly understand the main basics of conflict resolution – the principal characteristics of conflict as well as the possibility of its prevention, analysis and resolution.
- Give them the opportunity to examine conflict situations from different points of view and to search for a mutually acceptable solution based on a chosen conflict resolution strategy.
- Introduce participants to mediation – i.e. conflict resolution facilitated by an impartial party.
- Equip participants with the main communications tools which can be used during conflict resolution.
- Enable participants to acquire new skills while solving different case studies as well as their own real life situations.
